Craig and David have extensive experience in the music trade (see bios below) having successfully run The Green Room Music Source for the past 15 years, and now join with Lara and Jim to help grow the Fleming roster. Fleming Artists, which has been representing artists for over 40 years, appreciates the knowledge that David, Craig, and Sara bring to the table, as well as their regard for ethical business practices in their representation of artists and in their interactions with venues and promoters.
David and Craig will continue to operate from their collective hometown of Minneapolis, and Sara will operate from her home in Northern California. They joined Fleming Artists effective November 16, 2020.

“Fleming Artists’ integrity, success, and trailblazing actions make them a forerunner in the potential future growth of the music business, even in light of these challenging times. I’m honored and excited to now be a part of this team.”
-Sara Vale
“I couldn’t be happier having Craig, David, and Sara join our team. We have been exploring this possibility for some time now and, each time we talked, I felt even stronger that they were a perfect match with us.”
-Jim Fleming
“At a time when so much is up in the air regarding live music, I am thankful to be growing our team and continuing the agency’s 40+ year tradition of representing artists whose music offers a salve during times of trouble and uncertainty. We are very excited to add Craig, David, and Sara to the Fleming family!"
-Lara Supan
Craig Grossman:
In 2006 Craig, after having been an agent since 2002, started Green Room Music Source. At Green Room Craig worked with artists who toured extensively throughout North America including Tracy Bonham, Dressy Bessy, The Figgs and Kaiser Cartel; bringing his positive and collaborative approach to growing artists careers and the Green Room roster where he prioritized cultivating strong relationships with artists and their teams.
In 2005, Craig began teaching project-based classes at The Institute of Production and Recording (IPR) in Minneapolis and continues teaching there to this day. The classes he teaches include artist management, event production, tour management and the recording industry. He has also taught as an adjunct instructor for Globe University in Woodbury, MN. His classes there included current trends in the media, on copyright law and on artist management.
His extensive experience as an agent brings to the Fleming roster a depth of knowledge and expertise that will help grow the agency in the future.
About joining Fleming Artists Craig says: “I am very excited to join the Fleming team and to have the opportunity to continue to grow the careers of the artists I represent, including Jonatha Brooke, Antje Duvekot, Gurf Morlix and more.”
David Priebe:
David has always had a passion for helping artists achieve their professional and creative goals. He earned a degree in Music Business as a means to further his own understanding of the industry and to better manage his own band, Maudlin, and quickly found a deep interest and affinity for helping other musicians further their art as well.
In 2009 David joined Green Room Music Source as an agent and eventually became partners with owner/founder Craig Grossman. Over the past twelve years David helped grow the Green Room roster to over fifty artists representing, amongst others, Sawyer Fredericks, Jennifer Knapp, Tristen, Lisa Germano and Kevin Gordon. It is this skill, amongst many others, that David brings to Fleming Artists as the agency continues to grow.
David teaches music business as an Adjunct Professor at The Institute of Production and Recording as well as lecturing and mentoring at colleges, professional conferences, and various charities. He also served on the Board of Directors for music charity Rock The Cause, as well as IPR’s nonprofit record label. He continues to perform and record with his band having played well over a thousand live shows.
About joining Fleming Artists, David says “I look forward to joining the team at Fleming Artists where I plan to continue passionately working to help artists thrive as they do what they love.”
Sara Vale:
Sara brings decades of experience in the music industry to the Fleming Artists team. She has represented artists across diverse genres such as blues, reggae, punk, ska, and Americana.
Starting her career with American Famous Talent, Sara booked shows for musicians such as Johnny Winter, Toots & the Maytalls, John Mayall, Buddy Guy, and many others. She later moved to the Tahoe Agency as Vice President, where she represented artists including blink-182, Sublime, and the Skatalites.
For six years Sara operated Axecess Entertainment, a boutique agency she founded, with the goal of assisting Americana artists in clarifying and achieving their long-term goals. She joined Green Room Music Source last year and is delighted to complete the move to Fleming Artists along with them.
About joining Fleming Artists, Sara says “Fleming Artists’ integrity, success, and trailblazing actions make them a forerunner in the potential future growth of the music business, even in light of these challenging times. I’m honored and excited to now be a part of this team.”
